Gillhams listed as Leading Firm in Legal 500
This Autumn we’re celebrating our recent listing in the latest edition of the Legal 500 – a prestigious publication that independently rates the services of law firms across the UK – for our expertise in Court of Protection work. For those of you who have not come across this before, the Court of Protection, part of the Office of the Official Guardian can, where no family member is willing or able, appoint a solicitor chosen from a selected panel of Court appointed Deputies to take care of the financial and sometimes personal affairs of an individual who has become mentally incapacitated. Free Seminar for Clients – Spring 2013
And for those of you contemplating writing your Will, creating a Lasting Power of Attorney or perhaps struggling with taking care of elderly and incapacitated parents, Gillhams will be hosting a free seminar to cast some light and offer some support on these often emotionally complicated matters.
