Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
We have a team dedicated to putting in place Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
Our Power of Attorney lawyers deal with all types of issues, from the most complex arrangements to more straightforward instructions.
We are also Court of Protection Experts so are experienced in the formalities of registering, interpreting and enforcing LPAs.
