Oscar is an associate solicitor in our Deputyship team specialising in Court of Protection and Private Client matters.
Oscar believes in making a real and positive difference in people’s lives. He enjoys working with vulnerable clients and their families and helping them stand up for their rights.
Oscar is fluent in Spanish and is experienced in dealing with Court of Protection matters relating to health and welfare and property and affairs, lasting powers of attorney, wills, trusts and probate matters and cross-border issues relating to private client and vulnerable clients.
