Lisa graduated from the University of London with a first class law degree and has been a partner at Gillhams since 2010.
Lisa is a talented property lawyer, dealing with residential and commercial property matters. She has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of property matters and advises regularly on:

• Leasehold and Freehold Sales and Purchases;
•  Auction Sales;
•  Licences to Alter and Licences to Assign;
•  Transfers of Part;
•  Commercial Leases.

In addition to the above, Lisa specialises in lease extensions and collective enfranchisement work, acting for both leaseholders and freeholders and is a member of ALEP (Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners). Lisa is often involved in proceedings at the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) relating to leasehold enfranchisement matters.

Lisa also has experience in dealing with wills and post-death matters and regularly advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection cases, looking after the interests of vulnerable clients.

As a Director of Gillhams Trust Corporation Limited, Lisa acts as Deputy for a number of clients who lack capacity. Clients and their family members value Lisa’s supportive approach and clear direction.
