We typically work on a fixed fee basis, so that from the outset you know what the fees will be for your transaction.

If during the transaction there is a new development, we will discuss the change in fees with you and agree a way forward.

Remortgage (leasehold or Freehold):£950 + vat
Freehold Sale less than £500K with mortgage:£1200 + vat
Freehold Sale over £500K with mortgage:£1300 + vat
Leasehold Sale with mortgage:£1300 + vat
Freehold Purchase with mortgage:£1400 + vat
Leasehold Purchase with mortgage:£1600 + vat

An additional fee of £300 is added to transaction in excess of £750k

If the property (being bought or sold) is valued at £1million or above, please contact us and we will provide a quote based on the individual circumstances.


To the above costs should be added the relevant disbursements which MUST Include a £50 plus vat "completion administration fee". This is to cover the large amount of time spent at actual completion phoning all parties, giving email instructions to Accounts and the banks to check on and effect electronic payments and ensure smooth running of completion
