Gillhams’ Probate and Estates Department specialises in the administration of estates and the preparation of Wills and tax planning. They also advise on Enduring Powers of Attorney and registration of the same. The Department also assists clients with our settlements and trusts.

Russell Caller, partner and member of the Probate team, has been appointed to the Panel of Receivers at the Court of Protection. Russell has been appointed as Receiver for several clients. Russell and Hina Tailor undertake various aspects of receivership matters and assists clients with the day to day management of their affairs, assisted by other members of the department who help with administration.

Russell also acts as an Attorney for various clients of a major charity and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

• the prospects of contesting improperly drafted wills

In keeping with our focus on personal service we frequently make home visits for our elderly clients.
