The firm is authorised to look after the property and affairs of these vulnerable people by Order of the Court of Protection. Sara is responsible for the day to day management of the personal affairs of many clients who lack capacity. This can include working on issues as diverse as selling properties to making court applications to prevent financial fraud.
Sara also assists preparing statutory will applications where the firm has been appointed as deputy for a person or apply on behalf of concerned family or friends. Sara also advises on and drafts Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients and their families.
