Norman Luper / Associate
Norman joined Gillhams in March 2009 as an associate and has been a specialist property lawyer for over 30 years. He has vast experience in dealing with a wide range of both Commercial and Residential Property Matters.
Norman has acted in a number of complex development and investment projects on behalf of property investment and development companies, as well as private property investors.
Prior to joining the firm Norman began his career in Holborn later becoming a partner before moving to set up his own practice in the early 1980’s.
