Michael graduated with honours in 1999 and was admitted as a solicitor in that year. Michael has over 8 years experience in commercial law and dispute resolution. He provides legal advice to companies and individuals and conducts litigation in the High Court and County Court.

Michael handles a variety of litigation and has a particular focus on intellectual property disputes, insolvency, breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes and professional negligence.

Michael aims to provide clear and practical legal advice. In disputes, Michael is quick to assess the evidence and to provide strategies to resolve a dispute that are in line with his clients’ commercial objectives.

Michael regularly advises on business deals, providing risk assessments and advice in relation to private equity transactions and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements. He has an extensive practice preparing documentation necessary to convey and protect intellectual property rights.
