Hina qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 and apart from a short break between 1994 –1996, whilst she was looking after her small children, has always been involved in private client work specialising in the preparation of Wills, Tax Planning, Lifetime Trusts and Administration of Estates. |
Legal Expertise
Hina advises on home made wills and on the prospects of contesting in properly drafted wills and provides advice on enduring powers of attorney for clients who are no longer able to look after their own affairs.
The firm has been appointed to the Panel of Receivers by the Public Guardianship Office and Hina is responsible for the day to day management of the personal affairs of many clients who are not able to deal with matters themselves.
Hina is also responsible for the Law Society Will Aid Scheme.
