Legal Expertise
Anthony represents companies and individuals in commercial disputes. With a broad base of experience and legal expertise, his dispute resolution and litigation prowess extends to directors' and shareholders' disputes; property disputes involving business tenancies; leases and rights of way; contested probate claims; and contract based claims ranging from the supply of goods and services, title to commercial property and goods and service charges.
A large part of his work involves advising clients on sound approaches to the dispute, drawing on his litigation knowledge base. Coupled with this is his advisory work: interpreting and providing advice on contractual documentation and risk management - assessing whether legal proceedings should be commenced - and if they are, the key issues and risks that need to be overcome and dealt with; or indeed whether a legal claim exists at all.
