Term: business names
1.
A name used in the course of a business that does not incorporate the name of the company or individuals' surnames in partnership or of a sole trader. A business name is a distinct concept from a registered trade mark and an unregistered trade mark.
Usage: The business name was used to disclose the true identity of the trading company.
