The constitution of a company is made up of its articles of association and memorandum of association, which are filed with the Registrar of Companies and publicly available. Registrar of Companies trades as Companies House.
These documents are important, because they lay down the relationship between the company and the shareholders (the Articles of Association) and the internal powers of the company (the Memorandum of Association).
